Delivery

All our UK AND OVERSEAS orders are sent out via Royal Mail tracked parcels. You will receive a text notification when your order is on the way with a tracking number.

Processing time

This is the time I need to prepare the fabric and sew the garment, dispatch times varies but we can roughly suggest-

Leggings 7-14 days.

Handmade clothing 14-21 days.

All garments will be with you by 30 days and we can promise that it is worth the wait!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I regret delays caused by shipping times but we are unable to take responsibility for shipping delays.

Returns and Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase. We are happy to accept goods back within 14 days of delivery to exchange the size and/or refund the purchase. We are unable to offer refunds after this period. 

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process depending on the original payment method. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and named customer.

We cannot offer refunds if the garment/s are believed to be worn or damaged by the customer, please keep labels on the garments where appropriate. 

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs back to us, please use a recorded postage service as we are unable to take responsibility for orders lost in the post.

Sizing

We ask that the customer reads the sizing information carefully before placing an order, customers can also contact us if they are in any doubt before purchasing.

 Please dispatch items back within a 14 day period, we will provide an address to do so via email. The garment must be in an unworn condition, with tags and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise advised by us. 

We regret that we are unable to offer assistance after a period of 14 days. 

Cancellations

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations on our handmade orders which have already been paid for. If you think you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible and we will facilitate garment alterations as best as we can free of charge.
